Win has an inexhaustible passion for food and has launched many successful food products during her career, including the humble BLT sandwich & warm water prawns into the UK
She is creative and commercial & will happily walk round a food store and point out products she has developed that have stood the test of time
She is very aware of who the customer is and strives to delight them with products that they may not have thought of or tried
Wins experience in the food industry is legendary & she has received awards for her contribution to the food industry
